In the period from December 2008 to February 2009, the EuroConsulting Funds in cooperation with USAID Municipality Local Government Activity (MLGA) have delivered training session seminars on Integrating Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) Funding into Implementation of the Municipal Capital Improvement Programs. These trainings were delivered to representatives from almost all Municipalities in Macedonia that are eligible to benefit from IPA CBC component.
